When we started this brand, the name Clique Fitness made sense. We were a small community of people who cared about training well and recovering properly. But over time, one thing became clear. Everything we make, everything we test, and everything our customers come back for sits in one category: compression.

So we are making it official. Clique Fitness is now Clique Compression.

Why the change

Fitness is a broad word. It covers everything from yoga mats to protein powder, and it never quite captured the nitty gritty of what we actually do. Compression is our specialty. It is the technology we have built our entire range around, and it is where we believe we can genuinely improve how people train, perform and recover.

The new name is simply a more honest description of who we are. Nothing about our quality, our fit or our standards is changing. If anything, the sharper focus means we can go deeper into the science and design of our compression pieces, rather than spreading ourselves too thin.

Who compression is for

There is a misconception that compression wear belongs only to elite athletes. The evidence says otherwise.

If you are new to exercise, compression can help you manage the muscle soreness that often derails people in their first weeks of training. Recovery is where most beginners give up, and anything that makes the day after a workout more comfortable makes consistency easier.

If you train regularly, compression supports the volume you are already doing. It helps you back up sessions, whether that is gym work, running, cycling or team sport.

And if you compete, the marginal gains matter. Reduced fatigue, better circulation and quicker recovery between sessions add up over a season.

The pressure of the garment does not care what level you are at. It works the same way on every body.
